What's one piece of advice you would give to your younger self?

One piece of advice I would give my younger self is to spend more time exploring careers and talking to people about what they actually do. I changed STEM majors because I thought my career path options were more limited than they really were. Looking back, I wish I had asked more questions, found mentors, attended career events, and learned from real-world examples. There are so many interesting career paths that you don't even know exist until you take the time to explore them.
