I am responsible for delivering cost analysis and generating insights on all non-car spend (including IT, Facilities, and Sustainability) within the F1 Regulations Team, informing decision-making and supporting compliance with the FIA Cost Cap.

What was your route into the Engineering / Motorsport industry?

University - Integrated Masters Degree - Motorsport Engineering

What STEM skills to you use within your role at the team?

Data Analysis, Mathematical Analysis, Critical Thinking, Coding, Engineering Design, Communication, Teamwork and Problem Solving.

What are the best parts about your job?

The best part of my role is building strong relationships across multiple teams, working closely with key stakeholders, and using cost insights to drive initiatives that maximise value within the FIA Cost Cap and create opportunities to enhance car performance.

What's one piece of advice you would give to your younger self?

Stay grounded in your values and be authentically yourself - it is your greatest strength in building a confident credibility.
