What are the best parts about your job?

Getting to work with all the parts of the business and learning something new about the running of an F1 team every day!

What's one piece of advice you would give to your younger self?

Don't tone your personality down because you think it won't fit in - that's what makes a team special!! And don't be scared to go for opportunities, the worst that can happen is they say no!
