Apprenticeship
What STEM skills to you use within your role at the team?
CNC programming, problem solving, Interpreting engineering drawings, precision measurement and applying machining principles to different materials and components.
What are the best parts about your job?
I enjoy the problem solving involved in manufacturing, constantly learning new techniques and materials, and seeing the impact that precision engineering has within a high performance environment.
What's one piece of advice you would give to your younger self?
Don't doubt yourself so much. Confidence and experience come with time, and there's always more to learn.
